Halifax+Developmental+Preschool halifax daycare listing rating child care review

This daycare has amazing facilities and equipment and is designed with soecial needs children in mind...unfortunetly the staff do not seem to be implementing the use of these facilities and there does not appear to be much one on one care or encouragement for children to get involved in the activities. They fed my child food that was prohibited for him to eat even though it is written in his chart and was clearly talked about with the staff. The director of the daycare left suddenly for unknown reasons and no explanation was "allowed" to be given to parents as to why. The location is horrible and there is a lot of violent crime in that area lately. Staff seem to be careless and security is lacking. Teachers appear to be uninterested in talking about the children's day to day activities when I pick up my child. The daily reports are pretty much a copy of the meal schedule with no indication of whether the child actually ate or not and they do not seem interested in listening to parental concerns.
